MODULO COMPLETES SECOND ROUND OF INVESTMENT
Brazil, Rio de Janeiro- Modulo Security Solutions S.A. (www.modulo.com.br), a leading company in Information Security in Latin America, has announced the conclusion of its second round of funding. It received equity financing from new investors Newbridge Technology Ventures (NTV), Santander Private Equity, and Intel Capital and existing investors Merrill Lynch Global Emerging Markets Partners, L.P., Latintech Capital, Entrust, Inc., and Webstar Ventures.

Modulo has been in the Security market for 16 years, and is responsible for some of the largest ongoing information security projects in Brazil, such as the security certification of Brazil�s Internet-based income-tax and electronic voting programs, both of which have received international acknowledgment.
