Beijing Golden YiKang New-Tech Co., Ltd is an enterprise focused on the area of group administration. It began as Beijing YiKang Engineering Co., Ltd., an international stock management company, and a leader in helping to define the standard of modern enterprise policy in China. Beijing YiKang Engineering Co., Ltd also played a key role in introducing worldwide multi-national venture capital to China. Golden YiKang Company is one of the first and now one of the largest companies in Beijing focused on developing and researching software targeting personnel, talent, and human resources management.

Beijing Golden YiKang New-Tech Co., Ltd's primary product, General Personnel Management System (GPMS) was developed with the help of the information center of Personnel Ministry. This product gained approval from the Chinese government in 1994 and was praised by a senior United Nations expert as one of the world's best management software tools.
