Callixa was founded in 1998 by serial entrepreneur, Dr. Dina Bitton. Callixa addresses the need in the market for rapid, complete and bi-directional data integration, regardless of location or technology. Dina Bitton Dina Bitton, CEO and Founder
Dr. Dina Bitton is an internationally recognized expert in the field of high-performance database systems, and a successful entrepreneur. Prior to founding Callixa, she was the founding CEO of DBStar (now Evoke), and was Chairman of the Board and Chief Technology Officer there until 1998. Dr. Bitton has held faculty positions at Cornell University and at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and has published numerous conference and journal articles.
