June Felix, Chairman, CEO and President, is responsible for CertCo's growth strategies and strategic alliances. Prior to joining CertCo, June was senior vice president, e-commerce at Chase, served as vice president international at Bankers Trust, spent four years at Booz-Allen & Hamilton after starting her career at Procter & Gamble. Felix graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 1978.
