Brian R. Smith is the Chairman and CEO of Crossroads. His experience in high-end storage and communication systems was key to the formation of Crossroads. Before starting Crossroads, Smith was employed by IBM. He successfully developed and delivered FDDI and Fibre Channel solutions. Smith's educational background includes an MSEE from Purdue University, and a BSEE from the University of Cincinnati.
