HelloAsia is a leading infostructure service provider that will accelerate online growth in Asia by providing content, services, & technology through its affiliated network of partners of Web sites & Web-enabled devices. HelloAsia plans to build its user base by both acquiring members through its partner network, as well as acquiring members directly on its own umbrella site.
Currently, helloasia has 65 employees in five offices and over 100 partners in our Network, including leading companies such as LG Securities, Chinatrust Commercial Bank, Hansol Cybermall, National University of Singapore. HelloAsia is backed by Greylock, H&Q Asia, Intel, Times Mirror, as well as many private investors.
AsiaRewards will be the core product to tie the network together as well as to build consumer loyalty to the affiliated network of partners, generate revenue through the sale of loyalty points, and create a centralized database of transaction history. HelloAsia plans to next offer its email direct marketing services, ConnectOne, to its advertisers.

Chih Cheung, President and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Cheung is responsible for overall strategic definition, formulation and execution of the Company. Prior to founding Helloasia, Mr. Cheung served as the Chief Executive Officer for Cambridge-based Crimson Solutions (www.crimson-solutions.com). Previously, Mr. Cheung served as an Internet strategist for Chinatrust Commercial Bank and spent several years with Goldman Sachs in New York and Hong Kong. He also worked for Asia Pacific Capital and other firms based in Asia.
Mr. Cheung graduated summa cum laude from Harvard University with an A.B. in Economics/East Asian Studies and an A.M. in Regional Studies-East Asia. He also has a JD/MBA degree from Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School.
