Richard Cowart, CEO and CTO
Mr. Cowart is a co-founder of Ligos and currently serves as both the CEO and CTO of the company. He has been a technology innovator in digital video and multimedia since 1991. His background includes over 20 years of experience in the design and development of computer software applications. Prior to joining Ligos, Richard was the President, CEO and founder of Integrated Data Systems (IDS) a leading software and hardware development service firm with several patents to their credit.
