Primarion will deliver Infiniband, Ethernet, and backplane solutions for the Internet Infrastructure. Primarion's broadband power chipsets reduce noise and increase performance of ultra deep submicron processors. Mr. Clarke joined Primarion from Vivid Semiconductor, Inc., an analog start-up company, where his responsibilities were VP of Sales and Marketing and then Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Vivid, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing and an Officer for Three-Five Systems Inc. His career includes seven years with Intel Corporation in multiple management positions
