Stephen C. Kiely, CEO, joined Stratus in 1994 and was appointed to his current position of Chairman, President and CEO in February 1999, when Stratus was purchased from Ascend Communications. He was appointed President of the Stratus Enterprise Computer division in August 1998, and had previously served as Vice President of Engineering and Vice President of Platform Products.
