Keith Raffel,
President & CEO
Keith Raffel designed the prototype for UpShot.com's Web-powered product in the spring and summer of 1996. The strong positive reviews it received from prospective customers led to the financing of the company later that year. Prior to founding UpShot.com, Keith spent seven years at Echelon, a pioneer and leader in control networking, where his responsibilities included marketing, business development, and customer support. Before joining Echelon, Keith was general manager of ROLM Corporation's International Telecom Division. Keith has an undergraduate and graduate degree from Harvard as well as a graduate degree from Oxford.
