Dave has over 20 years of financial and software executive management experience. Prior to joining Webridge, he was General Manager for the fast-growing Test Software Division of Integrated Measurement Systems. As an early employee of Mentor Graphics, he headed up Mentor's Asian operations, and he grew its Pacific business to more than $80M while stationed in the Japan headquarters. Later he managed Mentor's worldwide field organization, a $400M software and consulting business. Dave's financial background includes public accounting experience at KPMG Peat Marwick and Price Waterhouse. As the CFO for Summit design, he raised a mezzanine financing round and positioned the company for its public offering. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Webridge, Inc. Dave is a graduate of Portland State University and holds an Oregon CPA certificate.
