Zoran Corporation develops and markets integrated circuits (ICs), Intellectual Property (IP) cores, and embedded software used by original equipment manufacturers (OEM) in digital video and audio applications enabled by compression. Product lines and IP include DVD and MPEG decoders, digital still camera system on a chip IC, Digital Audio and JPEG codecs.

Zoran's ICs are used in numerous digital video and audio products. Leading applications incorporating Zoran's products and IP include standalone first class consumer DVD players, SuperVCD players, filmless digital cameras, digital speakers and audio systems and professional and consumer video editing systems.

Dr. Levy Gerzberg, President and CEO
Dr. Levy Gerzberg has been the President and CEO of Zoran since 1989. He was a co-founder of Zoran Corporation and has served as a Board member since its inception in 1981.

Dr. Gerzberg has over 25 years of experience in the high technology industry in areas related to IC's, software and systems utilizing digital signal processing in industrial, consumer and PC markets. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and an M.S. in Medical Electronics and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
