• Once you have received your proxy card with a control number you will be ready to vote:
  • If the proxy card is from Computershare, go to https://www-us.computershare.com/proxy/Proxylogin.asp?cm=INTELCORPCOMMONMEETING1YR2002.Input your control number and last four digits of your social security number. Proceed to voting.

  • If your proxy card came from a stock brokerage firm, go to www.proxyvote.com Input your control number and pin number sent to you by your stock broker on the proxy card or via email. Proceed to voting.

• The proxy cards began shipping 4/10/02. They often take 4-5 weeks. If you do not receive your card by this time, contact Computershare 800-298-0146 or USregistryInfo by email. If your proxy card came from a stock broker, contact them directly.
