The Women at Intel Network (WIN) seeks to demonstrate the value of a diverse workforce by encouraging women to achieve their full potential in their careers, in technology and as leaders.With eight active sites in the United States, WIN partners with Intel to enhance efforts to attract, recruit, integrate, develop and retain women in the workforce, in support of Intel values and corporate business principles. WIN is a valuable and rewarding resource to help women by actively supporting a productive and challenging work environment where all people are valued for their contributions.

As an Intel chartered group founded to help women gain skills, education and a network of support, WIN offers many valuable resources for women.
Mentoring: Mentoring programs are available at selected sites throughout the United States. These programs are a rewarding way to develop relationships with leaders and fellow employees, and to gain new skills and perspectives on issues facing women in the workforce.
Speakers and Development: Some sites feature a career speaker series, in which guest speakers focus on both career and personal issues, including technology and work/life balance. At some sites, courses are held to teach members the components of great development planning, how to use your voice for success, how to manage your personal finances and plan for retirement, and a hands-on workshop on how to build a PC.
Social Activities: WIN also features many fun social activities, including outdoor events, internal brown bag networking activities and opportunities to join members in providing outreach support to neighboring communities. WIN strives to have at least one career, social or outreach program each month at each site across the United States.
Sponsorships: WIN provides exciting ways for members to get involved the community around them. As a sponsor of Engineering Week, WIN partners with groups such as Society of Women Engineers and Institute for Women and Technology to give more visibility to engineering programs. WIN is also a supporter of Intel's Computer Clubhouses and Intel's "Bring Your Kids to Work Day", as well as a sponsor of Women's History Month, which offers members exciting ways to get involved in many activities celebrating women who have made history, inside and outside of Intel.

Many women at Intel serve in key leadership positions, such as vice president or director of major divisions. Progression and advancement in both position and responsibility are encouraged, and the Women at Intel Network strives to foster an environment where growth is maximized and learning is a constant. Each year over 600,000 students in the classroom take advantage of great educational and training courses taught by external instructors as well as over 9,500 volunteer instructors. These insightful courses offer an exceptional way to sharpen skills and minds.
Membership is open to anyone, exposing members to a diverse group of individuals, thoughts, perspectives and networking opportunities.

As the Women at Intel Network progresses and grows in a changing world, its vision for the future stays the same: to make Intel the workplace of choice for women by actively supporting a productive and challenging work environment where all people are valued for their contributions. Future goals of WIN include:

Developing a global presence with sites throughout the world.

Developing a broad scale online mentoring program for WIN members.
- Enhancing site-wide programs and opportunities for women in the workplace through a robust Web site and greater support and communications from WIN volunteer leadership in career, work/life/social and new chapter integration.
