3. How do I prepare my C.V. to match Intel's recommended format?
Like many organizations, our operations in Ireland use an electronic database to efficiently route C.V.s. Our recruiters search the database using keywords and phrases that describe the specific skills and knowledge required for a particular opening. It is important, therefore, that you include any relevant terms and acronyms in your C.V.

We prefer to receive C.V.s electronically as they are processed more quickly and accurately. While special formatting may look nice, it can cause errors in getting your C.V. into the database correctly. Therefore, it is to your advantage to submit a plain text C.V. - avoid special formatting, bold type, underlining, and fancy fonts. We suggest 12 point type in Helvetica, Times, or New Century, all left-aligned.

Cover letters are welcome, but please do not send theses/dissertations, research papers, references, or lists of publications.

4. How do I send in my C.V.?
We prefer to receive C.V.s electronically as they are processed more quickly and accurately. Paper C.V.s, received through the mail, are scanned into our database. Please choose one of the options below for submitting your C.V.:

E-mail:

Copy your C.V. into the body of the e-mail.

Avoid special formatting, bold type, underlining, and fancy type faces.

All attachments should be plain ASCII text with a maximum line width of 76 characters (most word processing applications have a "Save as ASCII text" option).

Online Resume Builder: If you don't currently have a C.V. prepared, use our online C.V. builder to develop yours and submit it online.

Intel does not accept C.V.'s from headhunters or suppliers that have not signed a formal fee agreement. Our supplier base is limited to specific hiring needs. Therefore, any C.V. received from an unapproved supplier will be considered unsolicited, and Intel will not be obligated to pay a referral fee.
