The DuPont campus is located approximately 50 miles south of Seattle in the shadow of majestic Mount Rainier. Two large office buildings and a manufacturing facility occupy the site.
The primary focus in DuPont is engineering research and development of enterprise platforms for servers and workstations based on the Intel® Itanium" processor. The Itanium processor — featuring new 64-bit Intel Architecture — is designed for responsive, customized, available and secure computing.
DuPont engineers also help design chipsets, desktop systems and computer diagnostic tools, as well as manufacture and assemble prototype workstations and server platforms.
