Why install and maintain problem resolution on your desktops if you don't have to? Gain the benefits of increased first call resolution and shorter call times without the cost of deploying software on the desktop.

The deployment and maintenance of resident software agents are the highest costs of owning remote problem resolution tools. Our solution virtually eliminates these costs by only loading agents to the client when support is needed. Now your technicians can utilize proven Intel desktop management technology to increase the efficiency of your help desk with on-demand:

  • Remote control
  • Real-time system information
  • Chat
  • File transfer
  • Remote execute
  • Reboot

Simple and Easy to Use
In minutes the helpdesk can install and begin using remote problem resolution capabilities that are always up-to-date. After a quick server install and simple integration into your existing infrastructure, client software is loaded "on-demand" by simply clicking a button on the Web site or accessing a file on share. After the session, the client software is automatically removed.

On-demand Deployment is Non-Disruptive to System Security
Because nothing is pre-deployed on the client machines, your system isn't vulnerable to possible remote control security breaches by hackers. By removing all client software automatically upon exit, the machine is left in the same configuration as it was before it was controlled.
