David B. Yoffie, 46, has been a director of Intel since 1989. He is Lead Independent Director and Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee of the Board.

He has been the Max & Doris Starr Professor of International Business Administration at the Harvard Business School since 1993 and has been a member of the Harvard University faculty since 1981.

He is also a director of the National Bureau of Economic Research.
