Mark T. Bohr is an Intel Fellow and Director of Process Architecture and Integration in Intel's Portland Technology Development group in Oregon. Bohr is responsible for directing work on the development of Intel's next generation microprocessor technology.
He joined Intel in 1978 and has been involved in integrated circuit process development on a wide variety of technologies for dynamic RAM, static RAM and microprocessor products.
Bohr is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and a holder of nine patents.
Bohr was born in Chicago, Illinois and graduated from the University of Illinois in 1978 with a M.S. in electrical engineering.
